Gyumri Armenia

Gyumri is the historic Armenian city of Kumari. During the period of the Russian Empire it was called Aleksándropol and during the Soviet Leninakán period. It is the second city of Armenia and is located near the border with Turkey. It has already been named after Gyumrí or Gomr in the Democratic Republic of Armenia. It is one of the most touristic cities in the country thanks to the wide range of cultural monuments that can be visited in it.
